Using this site

Your note and our site counts.

When you contact us

We use the name, business, email, optional phone number, and message you provide to review and reply to your inquiry. The selected offer or story is included so we know what brought you here. We save your note privately before attempting email delivery to the Mata.Works team, so it can be recovered if delivery fails. Delivery records include the note and whether email was accepted, failed, or could not be confirmed. Sending a note does not add you to a mailing list. For form submissions, a random receipt key prevents repeat delivery on refresh. These security records contain no message text and expire after one day.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the contact form from automated submissions. Hosting, email delivery, and form protection providers process the technical information needed to operate those services.

What we count

Our own measurement stores daily totals for offer views, completed demos, podcast starts, inquiry starts, successful inquiry delivery, service choices, and problem choices. These counters contain the content identifier and event type. They do not contain your form text, email, IP address, visitor identifier, or browsing history. We use no analytics cookies. Totals older than 90 days are removed when new events are recorded.

Our measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Standard hosting and security logs are separate from these counters.

Trying an example

The guided chat and product samples run in your browser. Their text is not sent to our counters. The separately labeled live ElevenLabs voice demo connects to ElevenLabs when you start it; use fictional details there.
