Mata.Works / Website Experiences

Know where to keep spending. And what to stop paying for.

Billboards. Instagram. Facebook. Email. The event you sponsor every year. We connect those campaigns to one website and help measure the response, so you can see what brings paying customers—and make a better call on your next marketing dollar.

A tailored customer experience. A consistent business presence. Tracking and reporting scoped around the decisions you need to make.

Many ways in. One business.

How it connects

Follow the money to the customer.

  1. Give each campaign a way in.

A distinct link, short web address, QR code, tap setup, or tracked phone number identifies the placement.

  2. Make the next step easy.

The customer lands on a relevant page, recognizes your business, and can call, book, or ask for a quote.

  3. Connect the result to the cost.

Bring campaign costs together with tracked inquiries and confirmed sales from your business records.

A simple spending comparison

Which campaign earns another dollar?

Fictional example
One business · 30-day campaign

Compare the cost of bringing in a paying customer. Then check how much that customer's work leaves after the cost of doing it.

Cost per paying customer

  1. Billboard$300
  2. Instagram$60
  3. Email$20
  4. Venue QR / tap$60

In this example, a paying customer costs $300 from the billboard, $60 from Instagram, $20 from email, and $60 from the venue.

Shorter bar = lower cost. Both views use the same fictional campaign.

ChannelSpendWebsite visitsPaying customersCost / customer
Billboard$2,4008008$300
Instagram$1,2002,40020$60
Email$30060015$20
Venue QR / tap$3003005$60

Cost per customer = campaign spend ÷ attributed paying customers. Cost per visit = campaign spend ÷ recorded website visits. Include the costs you agree to compare, such as placement, creative work, tools, and staff time.

These are teaching numbers, not client results or channel benchmarks. A real comparison needs a fair time window, reliable sales follow-up, and enough data. Some customers see several campaigns or buy later; the report should show those limits. Tracking and sales connections are agreed project work.

Choose what you want to compare

This billboard. That post. Each location.

Each placement gets its own route into your business, so you can compare the response at the level where you spend.

  1. 01 / Billboards & print

    Give each placement a name.

A memorable short web address or a dedicated phone number can identify a particular billboard. QR codes work well on flyers, shop windows, and counter signs.

The decision: which location or placement deserves another renewal?

  2. 02 / Instagram & Facebook

    Compare the actual campaign.

Use distinct links in ads, profile links, and link-enabled posts or stories. Carry the message into a matching page, then connect tracked inquiries to the customers they become.

The decision: which ad, post, or offer deserves more testing or budget?

  3. 03 / Email

    Follow the click through.

Give each newsletter, offer, or audience its own campaign link. Compare website visits, inquiries, and confirmed customers from those links.

The decision: which message is worth sending again?

  4. 04 / Locations, venues & events

Scan or tap into the right page.

Use a different QR code or NFC tap card, sticker, or stand for each counter, partner venue, or event. A compatible phone can open the tap link; a QR code offers another way in.

The decision: which venue, sponsorship, or local placement is bringing you business?

Reports use the label assigned to each link or number. Forwarded links keep their original label. Call tracking, campaign costs, and sales records need their own agreed setup.

Make the comparison useful

Follow the whole path to paid work.

Views & visits
How often the campaign was shown and how many recorded visits reached the site. These show attention.
Inquiries & paying customers
Who contacted you and who actually bought. Connect the website with your sales follow-up.
Cost & money left
What you spent to win that work, and what remains after delivering it. This guides the next budget decision.

We help define the goal, label the campaigns, connect the agreed tools, and build a report you can use. Your team confirms which inquiries became customers. Review the same time window and allow for your normal sales cycle before calling a campaign a winner or a loss.

A billboard may also prompt a later search or referral. That influence may be missing from a direct-response report. How campaign links identify recorded website traffic.

Different welcomes / One connected website

Match the moment. Keep your business recognizable.

The event visitor can see an event welcome. The Instagram visitor can see the service from the ad. The email customer can go straight to the offer. Your brand, business details, navigation, forms, and tools stay connected.

We can make one website look 10 different ways, with the right headline, imagery, and next step for each audience. One update to shared business information can reach every relevant version.

Try it here. Choose a design below, then explore another page. These four working designs demonstrate the experience; campaign reporting is scoped for your business.

Start with the experiences you need. The number of designs, page coverage, and measurement are agreed before building.

Before you commit / Quoted to scope

Start with a decision you need to make.

“Should we renew the billboard?” “Is Instagram bringing in the right work?” “Which venue is worth returning to?” Bring us the question, your current website, and the campaigns you want to compare.

  • Choose the audiences, locations, venues, and campaigns each experience serves
  • Design distinct layouts, imagery, and visual styles around your approved content
  • Connect agreed QR codes, NFC tap setups, social links, or a visitor selector to the appropriate experience
  • Agree how to connect campaign costs, inquiries, and paying customers when measurement is included
  • Check every version on phones and desktops, including forms and shared tools
