How pricing works

Know what it costs before we build it.

Each build gets a price you approve. After launch, optional Care covers upkeep. Provider bills stay visible, and our management rate steps down as usage grows.

Agree on scope and budget first. See optional Care and provider costs separately.

You should know what a build costs before work begins. Each approved project has a clear build fee. After launch, Care covers upkeep. Provider bills stay visible, and our management rate steps down as usage grows. Take a look at the details below.

One complete example

What could a small lead handoff cost?

Say we connect one intake path to the office, send a reply your team approves, and check that the handoff works. This example shows the build and the monthly bill together.

These are example numbers, not a quote. Your Care price and provider charges depend on the setup and use.

Choose a starting point

Choose the first useful piece.

Start with a defined handoff or a pilot around your process. Your quote separates the build, optional care, and provider costs.

Software & automation

Fix one missed handoff.

Missed Lead Rescue · from $1,250

Start with one intake path and an agreed handoff to your office. Other software projects receive a scope and quote.

Need to understand the problem first? The Lead Path Check is $350. It is a separate diagnostic service; we agree with you whether it is useful.

Workflow pilots

Test one part of the workday.

Scoped pilot quote

For tools such as Tomorrow Ready and Job Closeout Draft, we review your examples and existing systems before pricing the build.

The quote states the inputs, deliverable, review steps, and how your team will judge the first version.

What goes into your quote?

Send your goal, the materials you already have, and your timing. A budget is helpful if you know it. We clarify the scope, then separate the build price, optional care, and any provider or licensing costs. You approve the price and target delivery date before work starts.

The model

Here is what goes on the bill.

01

One-time build fees

Your website has its own build price. So does each add-on, whether that is conversion tracking, a dashboard, an intake workflow, or a voice tool. You approve the scope and price before we start.

02

Optional bundled Care

If you choose ongoing help, one monthly or annual Care tier covers the agreed updates, monitoring, fixes, and support for your website and active add-ons. Your proposal states the edit allowance, checks, response window, and work quoted separately.

03

Systems management by volume

Hosting, phone, text messages, AI voice, email, and other providers appear at their actual cost. Systems management is a separate line for the provider services we agree to manage. The proposal identifies those services and the management work covered before billing begins. Our rate goes down in steps as those monthly costs rise.

Monthly subscription costs and systems-management rates
Monthly subscription costsManagement rate
Under $1,00020%
$1,000 to $1,49915%
$1,500 to $1,99912.5%
$2,000+10%

No price cliff: the lower rate applies only to spending above its threshold. The earlier portion keeps its original rate.

Care and provider management

Agree on the work behind each charge.

Care
The agreed work on your website or custom tools: content changes, software updates, checks, monitoring, fixes, and support within the stated allowance.
Provider charges
Third-party subscriptions or usage, listed separately so you can see the underlying running costs.
Systems management
The agreed management of the provider services used by your setup. Your proposal names the services, responsibilities, and costs to which the percentage applies, including how customer-paid accounts are handled.

Review these responsibilities together before accepting the quote. New features and work outside the agreed allowances get a separate scope and price.

Ongoing care

One Care tier for the system you actually use.

Website CareWebsite only

For your website, forms, and local search information.

Connected Care1 to 3 active add-ons

For a website with a few tools working behind it.

Operations Care4 to 7 active add-ons

For more handoffs, reports, and day-to-day support.

Systems Care8+ active add-ons

For a larger set of connected tools across the business.

We quote Care based on the tools in use, their connections, and the support you need. You can pay for Care monthly or annually. Usage costs stay monthly, so the bill reflects what the providers actually charged.

An invoice you can read

Your bill should be easy to check.

Approved build work shows up once. Your regular invoice shows Care, provider charges, and our management fee on separate lines.
